Accessibility Statement

We build accessibility into the Sites themselves and strive to have them conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That work includes providing text alternatives for meaningful images, maintaining sufficient color contrast and readable typography, labeling form fields, supporting full keyboard navigation — including through our age verification step — and reviewing pages and templates for accessibility as they are built and updated. We test the Sites with a combination of automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks as part of ongoing development.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and portions of the Sites may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. Some content and functionality is provided by third parties — such as our Shopify-hosted store checkout, embedded maps and product locators, and email signup forms — and is not fully within our control. We encourage the third parties whose technology we use to provide accessible content and functionality, and we work to address barriers as we find them or as they are brought to our attention.

Describe the issue and identify the page involved, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you and to address accessibility barriers brought to our attention.
